Carolea, I am not any help here. I do not know the other man in the picture. I think Dad must be around 50. He loved to dress up at Halloween. One year Dad heard Ed Wilson, a DJ say come by my house tonight (halloween)Dad and Al dressed up as women and went by his house. His wife thought it was funny, she got her husband to come downstairs, and he had Mom and I come in, we were in the car. We had a wonderful time. Dad did all his plumbing work after that visit. Dad was so much fun!
He was pretty gutsy too. He was very protective of his family too. I remember when Dave and I were cutting up and he came downstairs to see what we were doing. I laughingly told him Dave was knocking me around. Boy was he hornet mad! He told Dave he better not lay a hand on me EVER. We had to go to Aunt Alvena's house that weekend because Dave was furious at him. Uncle Al just wanted to make sure I was okay, but Dave thought he was interfering. Oh well. Things got smoothed over again and all was well. Living there in their apartment was one of the happiest times of my life!
